One of our favorites. We use an instant pot. This would work with roasting in the oven as well. I don’t know that this would work as well with boiling.
Place potatoes into instant pot with peeled garlic cloves. Our favorite for potatoes is Music. After the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and mash potatoes and garlic together with butter and milk or cream. You could also use finely chopped scapes during scape season.
